Meet the Team

Dr. Hugh T. Herrington is an Undergraduate from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN - class of 1976 and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He earned his DDS from UT Health Science Center in Memphis, TN in 1980. Outside of the office, Dr. Herrington enjoys rowing on the Tennessee River and is addicted to pickleball!

Message from Dr. Herrington:
“I started in Pulaski in 1980 working out of two rooms with one co-worker. I could not have envisioned how far my dental journey would take me. Now, I am privileged to have a fabulous partner, twelve superstar co-workers, and 42 years of patients who are like a huge family. Through the years, I’ve tried to keep up with the latest in technology, which has made dentistry more fun than ever!”

Dr. Hannah Norwood Bass is a Pulaski native. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology from UT Chattanooga and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Hannah has invested much time in the areas of dental implants and full mouth rehabilitations. She enjoys getting to know her patients, working alongside an awesome team, giving back to her community and helping patients achieve smiles they can be proud of.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, eating good food and spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue dogs.

Alicia Trimble Gordon is a graduate of the GCHS Class of 1990 (Go Bobcats!). She received the Craig Scholarship to attend Vanderbilt University where she earned a Bachelor of Music in piano and organ, then earned her DDS from UT Health Science Center College of Dentistry. She has practiced every aspect of dentistry for 26 years now. With all three of her daughters now in college, Dr. Alicia is a recent empty nester. Her daughter Lilli is a 3rd year Medical student at Harvard University; Bella is a business major at ASU, and Ava is a rising sophomore at Yale University on a full Naval ROTC Scholarship.

Dr. Alicia has 15 years of experience as an Gold Plus Invisalign provider and is passionate about educating and helping patients achieve their dream smiles, but more importantly, correcting years of bite and TMJ issues. She also virtually mentors and designs Invisalign cases for 2200 doctors, and volunteers monthly at Duck River Dental Outreach.

Alicia is an active member of the Rotary Club, as well as a Paul Harris Fellow, and serves as organist and pianist at First United Methodist Church. She’s an executive board member of Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital in Pulaski, as well as a board member of our local Boys & Girls Club. She was named Hero of the Year 2024 for BGC!!! Her spare time is spent at the lake, gardening, and walking her St. Berdoodle, Astrid.
